REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. THIS APPLIES TO PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at clienthappiness@mindthebiz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this applies to visual or digital items.
REFUNDS/GUARANTEE
Credit Pack Refunds - Refunds for credit pack purchases can be made within 7-days of your invoice date, provided that you have not used any credits from the pack. BE ADVISED, CONTENT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CONSUMED NOR USED IN ANY FORM.
This applies to any offered Trial Time Frames (ex:7-Day Trial) - Refunds for subscriptions can be made within 7 days of your original start date. There are no refunds on subscription dues after the initial 7 day trial period.
File Download Refunds - MindtheBusiness d/b/a ContentCandy&Charms does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of MindtheBusiness d/b/a ContentCandy&Charms
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We DO NOT offer refunds of DIGITAL or VIRTUAL products or services; simply because the customer would have already consumed the items immediately once we have released it. There is no way to draw back digital or virtual items once we have emailed/sent the data. We will make good-faith efforts to make things right for you; therefore we ask you to please inform us concerning your issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. THIS APPLIES TO ANY PHYSICAL ITEMS
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL OR VIRTUAL PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
